On the <br /> basis of the evidence presented at the hearing on this application, it was determined that a <br /> Conditional Use Permit be GRANTED subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Existing campers,decks,additions,and storage sheds shall be brought into compliance with all <br /> requirements,including lake,wetland and property line setbacks by October 31,2022. <br /> Specifically sites 1-8 and 11-14 don't meet the wetland,lake or campground setbacks. 3 <br /> 2. Once item#1 is completed,then a revised campground map needs to be completed for the entire <br /> parcel(including all sites)and filed with the zoning office(signed by a licensed architect,engineer <br /> or surveyor)which shows the campground layout,location of all sites,roads,property lines, et <br /> setbacks,structures,water supplies,private waste disposal system(s),recreation areas,and any <br /> other information the land use and information committee shall deem necessary by November 30, �, <br /> 2023. C <br /> 3. Pre-treatment device required for bar/restaurant sanitary system unless Ed Taylor report is Ct', <br /> recorded as an affidavit/agreement on use of the system. Ed Taylor item to be recorded by f� <br /> 2/1/2021 or pre-treatment device to be installed by 5/1/2021. Proper permits to be obtained prior <br /> to pre-treatment installation. Additional area to be added to the restaurant parcel for future <br /> replacement of the sanitary system. <br /> 4. Site address to be obtained for the bar/restaurant and for each cabin by 5/1/2021. <br /> 5. Vegetation to remain undisturbed within the 50 ft campground setback along the East,North, <br /> West and South property lines of the existing whole parcel. Vegetation buffer not required N <br /> between proposed parcel divisions. <br /> 6. Camping units shall meet WI camping unit requirements. <br /> 7. No recreational vehicle transfer tanks shall be used. All camping units shall be attached to a <br /> POWTS (Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment System). (for the expanded area) <br /> 8. All POWTS to be serviced/maintained on the required interval. <br /> 9. Follow all local,county,state and federal requirements for this activity.
