Obtain variance to set back for private drive(see aerial map) <br /> General Information: <br /> It should be noted that the existing structure is on the"point"of land that separates Minerva Lake and <br /> Cranberry Lake.The existing structure is situated on the down side of 21'—22'hill that provides a natural <br /> rear walkout <br /> 1. Plan adheres to setbacks for lake high water mark and side lot <br /> 2. Plan provides required fire and emergency vehicle turnaround area <br /> 3. Plan is complaint to well and drain field regulations <br /> 4. 4 season"cabin"was built in 1978-1980,it is believed that the septic system was added post <br /> construction <br /> 5. 197'to 199' -4"well was drilled in 1999 <br /> 6. There are no other out buildings <br /> 7. Architectural Plan is currently being drafted(e.g.in progress)and will be provided,if required <br /> 8. Owner will provide General Contractor responsibilities <br /> 9.
