Wallentiny : <br /> I received your land use/building application on 2/4/92 . In <br /> reviewing the application , I was unable to determine the setbacks <br /> and location of the structure to the lake , septic tank or drain- <br /> field . The plot plan did not provide enough detail . <br /> The plot plan did however show the addition only 8 feet from the <br /> side lot line . The Ordinance requires a side lot line of 10 <br /> feet . Because this proposed addition does not meet the require- <br /> ments , the permit cannot be issued . <br /> If you wish to resubmit with an alternative plan , please provide <br /> a more detailed plot plan showing lake setback and septic <br /> location .
