Benson, being first duly sworn on oathlideposeand <br /> swear as follows : <br /> 1 . That I am familiar with the proposed certifiedllsurvey map <br /> identified above which was prepared at my request. <br /> 2. That I am familiar with the building identifiedlasthe old <br /> dining hall which is shown on said map as being situate partially <br /> on Lots 3 and 4 of said Certified Survey Map. <br /> 3 . That the party who will become the owner of Loi? 3 of said <br /> Certified Survey Map is William Naryka. That the conveyance of this <br /> parcel to William Naryka is conditioned upon his dism ntling the <br /> south half of the old dining hall structure in a manner that will <br /> remove that building from Lot 4 and bring it into compliance with <br /> the setback provisions of appropriate Burnett County ordinances . <br /> 4.
