MORELAND RESTORATION/PRESERVATION AGREEMENT <br /> Shoreline vegetative buffer zones as described in Section 30-512(b) of the Burnett <br /> County Land Use Ordinance must be restored and maintained as mitigation for securing a <br /> Land Use permit for construction/alterations/additions to structures/dwellings with non- <br /> conforming shoreline setbacks. <br /> I understand and agree to implement the shoreland vegetation restoration plan according <br /> to the restoration plan provided by the Burnett County Land and Water Conservation <br /> Department.
