<br /> 3. Sec my sketch map fled as RF#34, P.62, done in 1987, for odditonal
<br /> information on the monuments found along the road. The concrete
<br /> monument at the north end of the line between Lots 1 and 2 was
<br /> * _ located in some work that we did for Burnett County. The purpose of
<br /> m this work was to make the parcel mopping of this old plat more
<br /> 'r accurate.

<br /> ,n 4. When Nor we started this survey. it was not arcel.ed to establish either
<br /> • the Northeast or Northwest corners of the parcel. The lot line
<br /> Parcel A between Lots 1 and 2 was monumented and we planned to establish
<br /> 83,300± sq. ft the 50 foot wide strips and only monument back 300 feet from the
<br /> 1.91 acres road. In the course of performing our fieldwork, we determined that
<br /> Wagner Surveying has placed some stokes along the east line and
<br /> apparently at the Northeast Corner. No map has been filed
<br /> documenting this work as required by low. Mark Krause has
<br /> -H m acknowedged that his firm placed the monuments and has sent me a
<br /> sketch documenting how he established the north line of Lot 1, Block
<br /> 12.

<br /> American Title Insurance Company was examined as part of our
<br /> W n: research. No easements or other encumberonces of the property
