The grading and filling on the slope towards the lake had been restored <br /> to original grade; the disturbed area had been seeded; filter fence had been installed; and <br /> erosion control mats used on the slopes. <br /> This site will need to be monitored to prevent any erosion that might occur due to spring <br /> run-off or rain events. Hopefully with vegetation regrowth this will not be an issue. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation with this restoration. This letter will be recorded to <br /> indicate the Burnett County land use grading violations have been corrected. We can <br /> now proceed with the issuance of your land use permit for dwellings on these lots. <br /> Contact me if you have any concerns about the required dwelling setbacks from the <br /> ordinary high water mark of Spirit Lake. <br /> Again, thank you for your cooperation.
