CROIX FALLS, WISCONSIN 54024 <br /> L1425(SACN) FEB <br /> Mr. John Kendrick -* <br /> 1610 St. Clair <br /> St. Paul, Minnesota 55105 <br /> Dear Mr. Kendrick: <br /> We received your request to construct a 20' x 20' cabin on your property, <br /> Tract 38-110, Lot #9, within the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. A copy of <br /> the terms of the easement for this tract is enclosed. <br /> On January 23 Park Ranger Daniel Watson inspected your proposed building site <br /> based on maps and information you provided. Ranger Watson's determinations are <br /> 1)your cabin would be out of line of sight of the river and 2) your lot meets the <br /> other requirements for construction. Your request to construct is granted, pro- <br /> vided that you satisfy all State and local zoning requirements. <br /> Ranger Watson mentioned that you're thinking about a trail toward the river. <br /> This is permissible provided it does not go beyond or outside the boundary of <br /> your property. Any path or clearing must not alter the line of sight restrictions <br /> nor may the path be used to access adjoining Federal lands for motorized vehicle <br /> use, boat/canoe mooring or constructing a dock. <br /> If you have any questions or concerns please call us in advance to be sure you <br /> are within the conditions of the scenic easement.
