These documents are simply invalid, ineffectual <br /> and legally meaningless. <br /> I also note that you suggest that my failure to answer somehow entitles you to unilaterally <br /> claim that I am indebted to you in a substantial amount of money. There is no law that <br /> allows you to take unilateral action that you have suggested, without filing the action in a <br /> court of record, either state or federal, and complying with the statutes with regards to <br /> that. <br /> Your conduct may well violate state and/or federal laws. <br /> I wish to notify you that any attempt to file any lien or security agreement against myself <br /> or any other person may constitute the felony offense of criminal slander of title under <br /> Wisconsin Statute 943.60. 1 would also direct your attention to Wisconsin Statute 706.13 <br /> regarding civil penalties for slander of title. In addition, Wisconsin Statute 706.15 <br /> prohibits the filing of any lien against any government official or employee relating to - <br /> their duties except after notice and hearing before a court of record. You should be aware <br /> that any simulation of legal process is also a felony pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 946.68. <br /> Furthermore, the issuance of any false financial forms such as you Bill of Truth may <br /> violate federal criminal laws. <br />
