Exhibit A <br /> TAYLOR <br /> Soil & Septic System Consulting <br /> Soil Scientist • CST#70066 • Designer of Engineering Systems #1253-007 <br /> 638 8th Avenue, Baraboo, WI 53913 <br /> taylors2@charter.net <br /> 608-448-2037 <br /> Memorandum of Understanding <br /> October 2, 2020 <br /> RE: Rosenthal's Resort restaurant septic system operating limits <br /> The purpose of this document is to establish maximum monthly average operating <br /> limits for the septic system serving a restaurant at Rosenthal's Resort, 30925 <br /> Namekagon Road, Danbury, WI 54830 (Parcel ID #038-5116-04300). <br /> Specifically, the proposed limits would apply to: <br /> 1) average daily water volume discharged to the system (gallons per day) <br /> 2) average monthly BODS mass loading (pounds per day) <br /> 3) average monthly TSS mass loading (pounds per day) <br /> 4) average monthly FOG mass loading (pounds per day) <br /> The limits to be established herein are based on daily water meter readings recorded <br /> from 05/17/2020 through September 10, 2020 and on lab analysis results of pump tank <br /> influent samples from 07/07/2020, 08/03/2020, and 08/17/2020. <br /> State Approved Operating Limits <br /> (pursuant to Transaction ID No. 1075196, October 29, 2004) <br /> The system under consideration was installed in November, 2004, according to design <br /> plans approved by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce. The state-approved plans <br /> specify a daily average water-flow volume of 1,586 gallons per day (gpd). The <br /> approved soil hydraulic loading rate is 0.7 gallons per day per square foot (gpd/ft2). The <br /> Page 4 at 6 <br />
