An onsite investigation was
conducted on 6/27/2014 at approximately 11:45 am.
An individual was contacted at the residence, which identified himself as a renter. It was
obvious that the individual was renting the dwelling for at least a week, therefore a citation was
issued for 5 days of illegal renting.
Past citations and letters from our office have not inspired you to apply for a recreational rental
permit. If renting of the structure occurs again, Burnett County will seek further legal action.
Refer to the back of the citation for proper satisfaction of the summons.
If you have any questions, feel free to give me a call. Office hours are Monday through Friday
from 8:30-4:30.
Thanks,
Craig Dantoin
Burnett County Zoning & POWTS Specialist
