COPY
BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION
BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER
7410 COUNTY ROAD I{,#102 PHONE (715)349-2138
SIREN,WISCONSIN 54872 FAX (715)349-2166
April 6, 2011
Town of Swiss
P. O. Box 157
Danbury, WI 54830
Dear Chairman Nelson:
A conditional permit was issued to Danbury Faith Community Church of the Nazarene
on October 6, 2009.
This request was approved and the permit activity was initiated with site prep in
September of 2010. Per discussion with the church, the final footprint plan was to be
submitted in the spring of 2011.
I have just received the plot plan and noticed the footprint has changed in location from
the plan presented at the conditional permit hearing(see enclosed plot plans).
The building is still 60'x60' with no change in capacity or parking site requirements, but
the structure has shifted to the west. The proposal also has a covered entry on the cast.
All required setbacks will be met with additional parking available across the street.
I don't believe the change in location should effect the permit approval or require a new
hearing.
Please review the plot plan change and let me know if you would like to see any
additional review.
Sincerely,
Jim Flanigan
Zoning Administrator
JF:sm
Enc.
