Proposed New Parcel 1 - Legal Descriptions and Parcel Size: Parcel being conveyed to Gregory J. Treague and Darlene M. Treague, 28793 Tower Road, Danbury, WI 54830: The East Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14,Township 40 North, Range 16 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Burnett County, Wisconsin; except the parcel of land described in Warranty Deed Document Number 313993. More particularly described in said document as follows: 5 acres, 24 rods North and South, by 34 rods East and West in the Northeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter Northwest Quarter, Section 14. The West Line of Parcel 1 to be a line beginning at the mid-point of the North Line of the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 and extending southerly to the mid-point of the South Line of the NW1/4 of the NW1/4. Parcel 1 contains 13.7 acres more or less. The above- described parcel is adjoining to and intended to be considered as a single parcel with the parcel described in Warranty Deed Document No. 313993, Volume 597, Page 44 (fully described above in exception) which is not to be conveyed or used as an independent parcel. Jensen, 6587 CCC Road, Danbury, WI 54830: The West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 40 North, Range 16 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Burnett County, Wisconsin; except the parcel of land described in Quit Claim Deed Document Number 365069. More particularly described in said document as follows: Commencing at the NW corner of Section 14, Township 40, Range 16, thence running East 34 rods, thence South 24 rods, thence West 34 rods, thence North 24 rods to the place of beginning. The East Line of Parcel 2 to be a line beginning at the mid-point of the North Line of the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 and extending southerly to the mid-point of the South Line of the NW1/4 of the NW1/4. Parcel 2 contains 13.7 acres more or less. The above-described parcel is adjoining to and intended to be considered as a single parcel with the parcel described in Quit Claim Deed Document Number 365069 (fully described above in exception) which is not to be conveyed or used as an independent parcel. This new combined parcel contains 18.1 acres more, or less.
