Treague, 28793 Tower Road, <br /> Danbury, WI 54830: <br /> The East Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14,Township 40 <br /> North, Range 16 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Burnett County, Wisconsin; except <br /> the parcel of land described in Warranty Deed Document Number 313993. More particularly <br /> described in said document as follows: <br /> 5 acres, 24 rods North and South, by 34 rods East and West in the Northeast Corner of the <br /> Northwest Quarter Northwest Quarter, Section 14. <br /> The West Line of Parcel 1 to be a line beginning at the mid-point of the North Line of the <br /> NW1/4 of the NW1/4 and extending southerly to the mid-point of the South Line of the <br /> NW1/4 of the NW1/4. More particularly <br /> described in said document as follows: <br /> Commencing at the NW corner of Section 14, Township 40, Range 16, thence running East 34 <br /> rods, thence South 24 rods, thence West 34 rods, thence North 24 rods to the place of beginning. <br /> The East Line of Parcel 2 to be a line beginning at the mid-point of the North Line of the NW1/4 <br /> of the NW1/4 and extending southerly to the mid-point of the South Line of the NW1/4 of the <br /> NW1/4.
