BURNETT COUNTY
LAND & WATER CONSERVATION DEPARTMENT
7410 County Road K,#109
Siren,WI 54872
Telephone:(715)349-2186 Fax: (715)349-2102
MEMO
To: Jim Flanigan, Zoning Office Administrator
Cc: Dave Ferris, LWCD Director
Donald and Kathleen Kimmes, 5935 225`h Street East,Hampton, MN
55031
From: Carol Fagerlin, LWCD
Date: June 18, 2003
Subject: Request to fill in yard with black dirt.
Upon a request from Kathleen Kimmes to fill a depression in her yard at 25044 Lakeview
Road on Lower Clam Lake with black dirt, a second site visit was conducted by Dave
Ferris and myself on June 16, 2003. Evaluation of the site on June 16 determined the
ordinary high water mark to be further away from the house then was able to be
determined on the May 20`h site visit due to a high lake level. Due to this, the area to be
filled will be allowed because it is 35 from the ordinary high water mark. The area
within 35 feet of the ordinary high water mark will not be filled.
If you have any questions, contact me at (715) 349-2186.
