Your"Users Manual'is well designed to assist the owner in the use and <br /> care of a POWTS but needs to give information as to what course of action to follow in the event of total <br /> component failure. Pledse address the contingency requirement of a"plan'before giving it to the owner. <br /> A copy of the approved plans specifications and this letter shall be on-site durin¢construction and open to <br /> inspection by authorized representatives of the Department,which may include local inspectors.
