The application indicated that a bedroom, <br /> sunroom and a kitchen addition is proposed. <br /> In reviewing the application, it is noted that a sanitary permit was <br /> issued in 1969 for this property. Because of the types of additions <br /> proposed and the age of the sanitary system, additional information <br /> will be required before a permit can be issued. <br /> The additional information needed is the location and dimension of the <br /> existing system shown on a plot plan with relation to the existing <br /> structures, and also a soil boring provided by a Wisconsin Licensed <br /> Soil Tester indicating soil suitability for the existing system. <br /> When this required information is provided, I will be able to complete <br /> the review and take action on the permit. <br /> Please contact me if you have any further questions. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> (_ /I <br /> James P.
