We were hoping for general guidance about how <br /> much we can deduct from the total by seeing how you would value a small old shed. We don't intend to do your <br /> job in any townships you assess, but it is the best we can do in this case. <br /> One shed is approximately 80 square feet. The other is about 100 square feet.
