A complete campground map needs to be completed for the entire parcel <br /> (including existing sites) and filed with the Land Services Department (signed by <br /> a licensed architect, engineer or surveyor) which shows the campground layout, <br /> location of all sites, roads, property lines, setbacks, structures, water supplies, <br /> private waste disposal system(s), recreation areas and any other information the <br /> Land Use and Information Committee shall deem necessary by October 2022 (as <br /> required with CUP-19-21). Any proposed changes in the approved campground <br /> shall be presented to the Land Services Department for approval. No <br /> implementation of the proposed changes shall take place until written approval is <br /> received from the Land Services Department. <br /> 2. Camping units shall meet Wisconsin camping unit requirements. <br /> 3. Sanitary systems to be serviced and reported to the county by 6/1/2021. <br /> 4. Existing campers, decks, screen porches, sheds, patios, etc. shall be brought into 5 <br /> compliance with all requirements by 9/1/2022. <br /> 5. Land Use Permits to be obtained for all items before construction/relocation. This <br /> includes all decks/patios/sheds/screen porches/etc. as required in campgrounds. <br /> 6. No additional docking facilities are allowed on Yellow River (Danbury Flowage) <br /> as required in CUP-19-21. <br /> 7. Screening as required in CUP-19-21 still applies. <br /> 8. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> A record of the minutes (after they are approved by the committee) and the decision of <br /> the Land Use and Information Committee will be or are currently available for your <br />
