Krause, a Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that pur- suant to a request from MERRITT and TERESA MCDOWELL, I have caused the hereinafter described lands to be surveyed and mapped under my direction and supervision; and to my best knowledge and belief this Certified Sur- vay Map is a true and correct representation of that survey; THAT the exterior boundary of the land parcel surveyed and mapped is described as follows: All of Lot 38, part of Lot 37 and 39 of the Plat of "Sub-division of the Northwest Quarter" of Section 28 as recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 13, Township 41 North, Range 16 West , Town of Swiss, County of Burnett, State of Wisconsin and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 28; THENCE N00007110"E 273.62 feet along the West Line of both Section 28 and the Plat of "Sub-division of the Northwest Quarter" of Section 28, Township 41 North, Range 16 West; THENCE S89036 ' 19"E 48.00 feet to a point on an arc of a circle de- scribed in Deed Volume 362, Page 436 (McDowell to Wisconsin Depart- ment of Transportation) which is also the Southwest Corner of said Lot 37 and the monumented right-of-way line of CTH F and STH 77 and the Point of Beginning; THENCE northerly along the West Line of said Lot 37 and the afore- mentioned right-of-way line 340.49 feet along the arc of a circle concave to the Southeast whose radius is 1392.36 feet the chord of said arc bearing N13001126"E 339.64 feet; THENCE N65045154"E 18. 71 feet along said right-of-way line; THENCE N8903311711W 107.90 feet; THENCE NOO007 ' 10"E 14. 10 feet; THENCE S89033117"E 785.36 feet ; THENCE SOO00710911W 352.73 feet; THENCE N8903611911W 770.37 feet to the Point of Beginning. This parcel contains 261, 306 square feet (5.9 acres) and is sub- ject to easements and restrictions of record. THAT such map is a correct representation of all of the exterior bound- aries of the land surveyed and the division thereof; THAT I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes in surveying, dividing and mapping the same. SURVEYOR' S NOTES 1. The basis for deeds in this area is the "Plat of Subdivision of the Northwest Quarter" of Section 28 executed in 1915 by Surveyor James Bailey. See Volume 3 of Plats, Page 13. No lot corners were found; it is possible that iron pipes were never set. 2. A North-South discrepancy of 14 to 20 feet exists between deeds and Wisconsin Department of Transportation right-of-way plat. Project Number 8560-4-21 last revised November 3, 1983.
