It is a condominium plat. Condominium plats are not approved by <br /> the Zoning Office for building or anything else. <br /> It is my understanding that condominium is a form of ownership. It allows for <br /> several people to own a parcel with or without improvements. It also provides <br /> for common use or limited use. <br /> The condominium plat is a vehicle to show the existing area, structures and <br /> limitations on use for the owners. It doesn't give any special land use/zoning <br /> rights.
