The <br /> buffer meets the standard if the following conditions are met: <br /> 1) Buffer area in front of the deck/gazebo is only 30 feet wide and the standard calls for 35 feet. No plantings <br /> are required,but this area should not be mowed for en extra five feet. <br /> 2) The viewing/access corridor contains areas of bare soil that must be vegetated and a walking path <br /> established. <br />
