Notice of Pending Application for Proposed Riprap <br /> David Suess, 851 River Mews Ct#301, Minneapolis, MN 55414 has applied to the Department of Natural <br /> Resources for a permit to place rock riprap on the bed and banks of North Sand Lake. The project is located in <br /> the NE of NW 1/4 of Section 25 in Township 40N, Range 15W located in Town of Jackson, Burnett County. <br /> This permit allows for the placement of 82 feet of rock riprap shoreline located at 28011 Sand lake Road, <br /> Webster Wisconsin 54893. Filter fabric will be used as underlayment for the 8" - 24" stones. The stone will be <br /> delivered to the location by a construction pontoon which will be loaded at the public landing on the west side <br /> of the lake. This delivery method will prevent damage to the vegetation on the lake embankment where the <br /> work is proposed. <br /> The Department will review the proposal provided by the applicant and any information from public comments <br /> and the public informational hearing. The Department will determine whether the proposal complies with ss. <br /> 1.11, 30.12, and 30.208, Stats., and ch. NR 150, Wis. Adm.
