Obtain after-the-fact Land Use Permits for all decks, sheds, additions, patios, etc <br /> by 5/1/2022. <br /> 2. A complete campground map needs to be completed for the entire campground <br /> (all 100 sites) and filed with the zoning office (signed by a licensed architect, <br /> engineer or surveyor) which shows the campground layout, location of all sites, <br /> roads, property lines, setbacks, structures, water supplies, private waste disposal <br /> system(s), recreation areas and any other information the Land Use and <br /> Information Committee shall deem necessary by 5/1/2022. Any proposed <br /> changes in the approved campground shall be presented to the zoning office for <br /> approval. No implementation of the proposed changes shall take place until <br /> written approval is received from the zoning office. This is listed in the ordinance <br /> as a requirement and the same condition was required of all other campgrounds. <br /> 3. Docks to be removed from DNR property by 7/1/2021. <br /> 4. Correct bunkhouse issue at site 13 by 7/1/2021. <br /> 5. Make sure all sanitary connections are code compliant by 7/1/2021. <br /> 6. Discontinue placing items in wetlands immediately. o <br /> 7. Past due sanitary system to be serviced/maintained and reported to the county by <br /> 7/1/2021. <br /> 8. Certified Survey Map to be completed by 5/1/2022, to combine these three o <br /> parcels as they are functioning as one use(campground). <br /> 9. All prior CUP conditions still apply. <br /> 10. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> 11.The approval to expand the patios, decks and accessory structures is <br /> postponed until June 7, 2022. The recommendations will need to be met <br /> including a completed map before considering the expansion part of the <br />
