BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION <br /> BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br /> 7410 COUNTY ROAD K,#102 PHONE(715)349-2138 <br /> SIREN, WISCONSIN 54872 <br /> The following conditions are attached to the Land Use Permit for stairs to Birch Island <br /> Lake, Subject Property: 3612 Great Bear Trailway, in Gov. Lot 4, Section 13, T40N <br /> R15 W,Town of Jackson. <br /> • The Stairs must terminate above the Ordinary High Water Mark of Birch Island <br /> Lake. <br /> • The Stair way shall not exceed four(4)feet in width. <br /> • The Stairs are to be set into the existing slope, matching the existing grade, and <br /> shall not form a drain way for runoff to the lake. <br /> • A swale of nominally 1 foot in depth shall be graded to intercept surface runoff <br /> from the area upslope of the stairs,and disperse it southwesterly to surface <br /> disperse into an undisturbed wooded area at least 50 feet from the Ordinary high <br /> water mark of Birch Island Lake. <br /> • All disturbed areas, including the Swale, shall be stabilized, seeded and mulched <br /> immediately upon completion of the project. <br /> • Silt fence shall be properly installed to provide erosion control measures iumil <br /> ground cover has been reestablished. <br />
