MANGELSEN <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT#CUP-17-06 <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1.Ordinance (30-543) requires screening. Screening (determined by the committee) should be provided <br /> for the proposed sites by October 31, 2018. <br /> 2.A complete campground map needs to be completed for the entire parcel (including existing sites) <br /> and filed with the zoning office (signed by a licensed architect, engineer or surveyor)which shows the <br /> campground layout, location of all sites, roads, property lines, setbacks, structures, water supplies, <br /> private waste disposal system(s), recreation areas, and any other information the land use and <br /> information committee shall deem necessary by November 30, 2018 and an updated map by 3 years <br /> from the date of this approval. Any proposed changes in the approved campground shall be presented <br /> to the zoning office for approval. No implementation of the proposed changes shall take place until <br /> written approval is received from the zoning office. <br /> 3. Sanitary System is past due for inspection and/or servicing and should be done by June 30, 2017. <br /> 4. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> 5. Must provide a copy of the state permit to the county by June 30, 2018 and any updated state <br /> permits by 3 years from the date of this approval. <br /> 6. Committee should revisit the parcel access if concerns are raised by the County Sheriff or Wisconsin <br /> Department of Transportation. <br /> 7. Addition of a 30 foot buffer to the north side of the property. <br />
