OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY
BURNETT COUNTY
ROUTE 1 - BOX 300-113
SIREN, WISCONSIN 54872
715-349-2167
Dennis Leiner Kenneth L. Kutz
District Attorney Assistant District Attorney
June 13, 1985
James Engebretson
Route 1
Webster, Wisconsin 54893
RE: Sanitary System Violations
Dear Mr. Engebretson:
Relative to the above, our office was contacted by James P. Flanigan, the
Administrator for the Burnett County Zoning Office. Mr. Flanigan has
advised us that the sanitary system for your residence appears to have
been installed without a licensed plumber, sanitary permit, plan approval,
or soil test. Mr. Flanigan further advised us that there may be design
violations in your sanitary system in violation of the State Administrative
Code, although he has been unable to determine that at this point.
I would appreciate it if you would contact us within ten days so we can
discuss these problems and see what might be resolved. If you fail to
contact us within that time period, we will have no other alternative but
to comnence a forfeiture action to compel your compliance. You should be
aware that the above violations are punishable by a fine of not less than
$10.00 nor more than $100.00, and eadh day constitutes a separate violation.
Your cooperation in this matter would be deeply appreciated.
Very truly yours,
'I1 I
Kenneth L.
Assistant District Attorney
KLK/jac
