Submit sidewall (bearing) window & door header designs <br /> (include lumber grade & species) to support truss loading applied. Submit the <br /> attachements required for the roof & endwall (&/or interior wall ) steel needed <br /> to resist the wind force (or transfer it to the foundation) on this building. <br /> ILHR 50. 12 (3)(c) The plan submittal did not include the manufacturer' s name, <br /> make and model number for the HVAC equipment being proposed for use on this <br /> project. Also submit amount of air (CFM) to each room and toilet exhaust rate. <br /> ILHR 50. 12 (4)(a) The plan submittal did not include the required structural <br /> calculations. Submit truss plate area calculations, sidewall header calculation, <br /> and wind resistance calculations [see ILHR 50. 12 (3)(b)3. above] . <br /> ILHR 51 .01 (124) To be considered a street, the hard surfaced area is <br /> required to extend along at least 50 percent of the side of the building. <br /> At least one 30 foot wide street is required within 50 feet of this building. <br /> ILHR 51 .02 (13)(a) Access to each attic compartment is required by means of <br /> 20 inch by 30 inch openings. <br /> ILHR 51 .043 (1 )(a) The design number of the fire-resistive assemblies <br /> proposed for use on this project are required to be provided on the plans. <br /> The referenced designs must be from testing laboratories recognized by <br /> the department. Submit rated furnace room ceiling design (& verify all walls?). <br /> ILHR 51 .07 Materials used for the interior finishes are required to retain <br /> the ratings as outlined in Table 51 .07. <br /> Submit room finishes (clearly) for all walls & ceilings. <br /> ILHR 51 .22 Fire extinguishers are required to be sized and located in <br /> accordance with NFPA No. 10.
