K <br /> No. 102 <br /> Siren, WI 54872 <br /> Dear Mr. Flanigan, <br /> I just received your letter and am replying that some time ago, approximately seven years <br /> ago, I notified you personally, the Township of Daniels, the State, and the County that I <br /> was building in the center of 100 acres, in a gravel pit, of our private property along with <br /> a Public Notice of Trespass recorded in Burnett County. <br /> If you continue in Trespass you may be held personally liable along with others that may <br /> have unknowingly have been enjoined by your actions in Federal Court under Title 18 <br /> USC Sec 241, 242, Title 42 USC Sec 1982, 1983, 1985 and 1986.
