The onsite <br /> inspection on 3/24/12 found the staked out flags closer than 75 feet to the ordinary high <br /> water mark of Lake 26. The 75 foot flags marked with Burnett County were moved to <br /> meet the 75 foot setback. <br /> This is the closest any portion of the new dwelling including retaining walls, decks, <br /> patios, etc. can be to the ordinary high water mark of the lake. Please check to make sure <br /> this meets your building plans. <br /> This inspection also found a storage shed located at 56 feet from the ordinary high water <br /> mark of the lake. The 75 foot setback is required for all structures including storage <br /> sheds.
