Plan submittal and approval to the department or its agent may be <br /> necessary prior to construction undertaken per this petition. <br /> • Comm 83.43(8)(1) Table 1: The code section petitioned requires that an exterior subsurface <br /> treatment or holding tank maintain a horizontal setback of 5 feet from any building, 2 feet <br /> from a property line and 10 feet from the high water mark of navigable waters or any water <br /> service or private water main. <br /> • Approval is hereby granted to allow the treatment/holding tank to be 2' from a proposed <br /> building addition. <br /> • The intent of the code section petitioned is to provide the minimum horizontal setback <br /> distances as outlined in table 83.43-I as extra safety factors for public health, waters of the <br /> state and structures during construction and in the event of component failure. <br /> The petitioner submitted the SB-9890 application form including 17 additional page(s) of <br /> supporting documents and/or plans. <br /> Reviewer's Comments: <br /> 1.
