Expansion Details by Lake <br /> Birch Island Lake <br /> Voyager Village currently has four pier locations on Birch Island Lake—Kilkare Lodge, Great Bear <br /> Landing, clubhouse access,and next to Kilkare Road public landing. <br /> Plan is to add 32 slips on Birch Island Lake for a total of 62 slips (34%of allowable)as detailed below: <br /> Kilkare Lodge <br /> Pier A—existing pier with 10 slips,end of pier water depth 4', removed for winter. <br /> Pier B—existing pier with 14 slips, end of pier water depth 4', left in for winter. <br /> This site is subject to county approval per the 1996 Developers Agreement with Burnett County. No <br /> expansion plans at this time. <br /> Great Bear Landing <br /> Pier C—existing floating pier, increase from 6 to 14 slips,end of pier water depth 5', removed for <br /> winter. <br /> Pier D—new floating pier with 14 slips,estimated end of pier water depth 5', removed for winter. <br /> Pier E—new floating pier with 14 slips,estimated end of pier water depth 4.5', removed for winter. <br /> Across from the Clubhouse <br /> Pier F—existing"T" pier for fishing and temporary tie up of float planes and Birch Island residents <br /> allowing access to Voyager restaurant. <br /> Next to Kilkare Road Public Landing <br /> Pier G—new"T"style pier for fishing and temporary tie-up for dry dock boat launching. The fishing <br /> pier that was located at this site was moved to Pier F location. <br />
