Parcel to remain vacant, no bunkhouse(s), camper(s), etc. One accessory building n <br /> will be allowed and one legal privy allowed on the parcel with proper permits. e <br /> 2. One pier allowed with up to six slips. <br /> 3. Shoreline buffer to be expanded to a depth of 35 feet from the Ordinary High <br /> Water Mark. <br /> 4. Existing shed and portable toilet to be brought into compliance by 10/2/2021. <br /> 5. Sanitary system at the existing dwelling to be serviced/maintained and reported to <br /> the county by 8/1/2021. co, <br /> 6. Certified Survey Map to be completed to create this outlot and said map recorded <br /> by 12/30/2021. <br /> 7. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> A record of the minutes (after they are approved by the committee) and the decision of d <br /> the Land Use and Information Committee will be or are currently available for your <br /> inspection at the Land Services Department.
