MINUTES OF <br /> BURNETT COUNTY ZONING COMMITTEE <br /> OCTOBER 3, 1978 <br /> Meeting was held at the County Office Building in the Village of Webster on October 3, <br /> 1978 at 8:00 p.m. <br /> Members Present: Ainard Leef, Adolph Mattson, Mary Ann Erickson, Vernon Peterson, <br /> and Clare Melin. <br /> Members Absent: None. <br /> Others Present: Larry Bjorklund and 16 others. <br /> Meeting was called to order by Chairman Leef. <br /> Notices were read by Larry Bjorklund. <br /> Hearing was held as required on the following conditional permit applications: <br /> #379 - William Summer made application to live in mobile home for one year while bldg. <br /> in the NE SE Section 26 T39N R16W Town of Meenon. Appearance by Mr. & Mrs. <br /> Summer. Opposition - none. Motion to approve by Mattson, seconded by Melin. <br /> #380 - Benoit Lake Campground made application for conditional permit to extend camp- <br /> ground 55 additional campsites on 100 acres in Section 10 T39N R14W Town of Rusk. <br /> Appearance by Carol Thieman and Darlene Hartfield representing. To be a total <br /> Of 100 sites. Opposition by Winton Christner, Forest Makinaw and Lorrine <br /> Makinaw stating it would over-crowd the lake. Motion by Peterson, seconded by <br /> Melin to table for 30 days to inspect by Committee. <br /> #381 - Bill Ovre has made application for a conditonal permit to replace mobile home <br /> in C-1 Commercial district in the SE NE Section 20 T40N R16W Town of Oakland. <br /> Appearance by Mrs. Ovre representing. Opposition - none. Motion by Melin, <br /> seconded by Peterson. Approved. <br /> #382 - Vaylord Fairbanks has made application for a conditional permit for a mini <br /> storage building in the RR-2 district in the NE NW Section 18 T38N'R16W Town of <br /> Siren. Appearance by Vaylord Fairbanks.. Approximately 44x50, units 10x20 <br /> rentals. Opposition - Charles Tollander. Motion by Erickson, seconded by <br /> Melin to deny. <br /> #383 - Leroy Hjelmberg has made application for a conditional permit to park a camping <br /> trailer in Government Lot 3 Section 29 T37N R18W Town..of Trade Lake. Appearance <br /> by Mr. & Mrs. Leroy Hjelmberg representing. Kenneth Kongshaug in favor. <br /> Opposition - none. Motion by Melin to amend application to read from May 1 to <br /> November 1, 1979, seconded by Erickson. Notion to approve by Melin, seconded by <br /> Erickson. <br /> Tom Swenson appeared with final plat of Grupe addition in Town of Meenon. Motion to <br /> approve plat subject to township approval by Melin, seconded by Peterson. <br />
