t RESOLUTION # ;�0 13 -I 0 <br /> 2 <br /> 3 Resolution Adopting Revised Land Use Ordinance Text Amendments 2013-02 <br /> 4 <br /> 5 To the Honorable members of the Bumett County Board of Supervisors; <br /> 6 <br /> 7 WHEREAS, the Burnett County Land Use/Zoning Office has recommended amendments to <br /> 8 the Bumett County Code of Ordinances Land Use Chapter 30, and <br /> 9 <br /> 10 WHEREAS, the Burnett County Land Use and Information Committee has reviewed the <br /> 11 proposed amendments, and <br /> 12 <br /> 13 WHEREAS, a public hearing was held as per Wisconsin State Statutes 59.69(5)(e)2. was <br /> 14 held on April 2,2013 regarding proposed amendments, and <br /> 15 <br /> 16 WHEREAS,no Township objections were received. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Bumett County Board of Supervisors, <br /> 19 in accord with the provisions of the Wisconsin State Statute Section 59.69(5)(e) does hereby <br /> 20 amend the Bumett County Land Use/Zoning Ordinance as per the attached Land Use and <br /> 21 Information Committee's approved language. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Respectfully submitted by the Land Use and Information Committee <br /> 24 Signed and dated this 2nd day of April,2013 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Maury Miller Charles Awe <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Norman Bickford Brent Blomberg <br /> 34 <br /> 35 <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Wayne Burmeister Dorothy H.
