ARTICLE I.IN GENERAL. <br /> Sec.304. Common open space shall <br /> not be part of individual residential lots. It shall he substantially free of structures, but may <br /> contain historic structures and archeological sites including Indian mounds, and/or such <br /> recreational facilities for residents as indicated on the approved development plan. <br /> 1 <br />
