Unfortunately, Voyager Village is not able <br /> to sell land on the common area without 2/3 of the members votes, and that is only voted on during the Annual Meeting. <br /> The A&E committee would like to make a proposal which is to exchange an equal amount of common area for an equal <br /> amount of your property that is needed to meet Voyager and Burnett County set back requirements. If you currently don't <br /> have enough land to make the land swap Voyager would consider selling you an additional lot next to your two existing to <br /> make this swap possible. <br /> All costs incurred in the transaction will be your responsibility. This includes the cost of surveying and recording the changes <br /> made. In addition, a penalty of$3000.00 is to be paid by you and submitted to Voyager Village before the recording of the <br /> final survey. The check will be cashed after proof of recording the changes. The penalty fee arises from not filling out the <br /> required application for Construction and Improvement with the A&E committee not following the proper setbacks set forth <br /> in the Covenants and the administrative time it takes to correct an issue like this. <br /> Voyager Village typically use a local surveying company, Wagner Surveying Associates, Inc. out of Webster to address issues <br /> like this and has history of handling such an issue. Their telephone number is 715-866-4295. <br /> Please let us know as soon as possible what your plans are moving forward or if you foresee any hurtles in resolving this <br /> matter.
