At the August 19th, 2021 meeting of the County Board, your Rezone Request was d approved, with the change that it be rezoned to RR-2. On the basis of the evidence presented at the hearing on this application, it was N determined that a Rezone Request be GRANTED subject to the following condition: 1. Sanitary system to be serviced/maintained and report filed with the county by 10/1/2021. 2. Lock and chain to be installed on septic tanks by 10/1/2021. 3. Will need to apply for a site address for the storage unit parcel by 10/1/2021. 4. Certified Survey Map to be completed to split the parcel into two parcels. 5. Land Use Permit to be obtained prior to continuing work on storage building expansion. 6. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. A record of the minutes and the decision of the Land Use and Information Committee are also available for your inspection at the Land Services Department. If additional copies are desired, they may be secured upon request and payment of transaction costs.
