Sanitary system to be serviced/maintained and report filed with the county by <br /> 10/1/2021. <br /> 2. Lock and chain to be installed on septic tanks by 10/1/2021. <br /> 3. Will need to apply for a site address for the storage unit parcel by 10/1/2021. <br /> 4. Certified Survey Map to be completed to split the parcel into two parcels. <br /> 5. Land Use Permit to be obtained prior to continuing work on storage building <br /> expansion. <br /> 6. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> A record of the minutes and the decision of the Land Use and Information Committee are <br /> also available for your inspection at the Land Services Department. If additional copies <br /> are desired, they may be secured upon request and payment of transaction costs. <br /> To complete the process of splitting the parcel you will need to proceed with the proper <br /> steps per the subdivision regulations. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Jason Towne <br /> Zoning Administrator <br />
