A listing of the several lakes where VV owns all or most of the shoreline and the density of
slips per acre (SPA) is interesting; Hanscom 11.8 SPA, Shoal 8.33 SPA, Little Bear 2.97, Cadotte
1.72. Their rational appears to be
that Loon and Cadotte are often considered as one. However Lon itself is fully built out and
at capacity.
T he above are some of the many reasons a public hearing must be held on this proposal,
regardless of h the DNR responds. We have a right to speak out on these issues and the
County should facilitate that process as it required and did so in 2002.
Thank you all for your listening and consideration and most of all for your service to our
county.
John LeMay
3727 Loon Lake RD
Jackson, WI
2
