It the tank is <br /> damaged,and cannot remain in service,replacement with a code compliant septic tank, <br /> incorporating an effluent filter,will be required. <br /> • Existing soil absorption cell's system elevation is: 9802. <br /> • Maintain well and waterline setbacks per COMM 83.43(8)(i). <br /> • Materials shall conform to the requirements of COMM 84. . <br /> A copy of the approved plans shall be on-site during construction and open to inspection by authorized <br /> representatives of the County and the Department.
