St. Paul, MN 55075 <br /> Dear Mr. and Mrs. Handwerk; <br /> After reviewing your plot plan for your proposed screen house and garage, 1 find that <br /> more information will be needed. <br /> We pulled out the sewer inspection report for when the sewer was installed in 1992. It <br /> appears that your proposed screen house will be sitting on the end of your drainfield. I <br /> have enclosed a copy of the inspector's drawing showing the location of the drainfield. It <br /> shows that the drainfield is 86 feet from the lake. I have also noted on this drawing the <br /> area where a replacement drainfield is located. Your screen house cannot be placed in <br /> this area. <br /> Also, we need to know the setbacks from lot lines, road, lake, etc. for your garage and for <br /> your screen house should you decide to relocate it. Please read over the directions for <br /> plot plan drawing on the application. <br /> These structures will need to be staked out so that an onsite verification can be made to <br /> make sure the setbacks will be met. <br /> The fee for each structure would be $25.00.
