All sanitary systems(on the nine parcels) ' <br /> 06 <br /> are behind on maintenance,to be serviced and reported to the county by 5/1/2022. <br /> 2- A complete facility map needs to be completed for the entire site(all nine parcels,being 254+/- <br /> acres)and filed with the land services department(signed by a licensed architect,engineer or <br /> surveyor)which shows the property layout,location of all cabins,campsites,dwellings,roads, <br /> property lines,setbacks,structures,water supplies,privys/outhouses,private waste disposal <br /> system(s),recreation areas,and any other information the land use and information committee <br /> shall deem necessary within 3 years of this approval. Any proposed changes in the approved <br /> facility shall be presented to the land services department for approval. No implementation of the <br /> proposed changes shall take place until written approval is received from the land services <br /> department. <br /> 3- All access roads/driveways to meet standards of 30-482 by 11/1/2022. <br /> 4- Land use permits to be obtained for all items before construction/relocation. <br /> x <br /> 5- Number of camp sites to be resolved with a new Conditional Use permit by 11/1/2022. t7 <br /> 6- Follow all local,county,state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> A record of the minutes (after they are approved by the committee) and the decision of w <br /> the Land Use and Information Committee will be or are currently available for your <br /> inspection at the Land Services Department.
