Stats.,related to monumentation <br /> of the SW corner of Lot 1 of the subject Certified Survey Map(CSM)that falls in a bituminous roadway as <br /> shown on the CSM. In lieu of monumenting this corner you have proposed placing a Mag nail in lieu of <br /> the standard monument. <br /> The department agrees with the proposed monumentation and waives strict compliance with the <br /> requirements of s. 236.15 (1)(c), as allowed by s. 236.15 (1)(g). The proposed monumentation provides <br /> for accurate retracement of the parcel boundaries; strict compliance with s. 236.15 (1) (c)would be unduly <br /> difficult. <br /> We suggest that you reference this grant of waiver on the CSM.
