The specific code you are being <br /> cited for is as follows: <br /> • WI Administrative Code SPS 383.32 (1)(f): The final discharge of domestic wastewater <br /> or POWTS effluent to the ground surface is prohibited, including by means of plumbing <br /> outfall pipes existing prior to July 1, 2000. <br /> You are hereby ordered to immediately remove the illegal pump from the sanitary tank. A new <br /> sanitary system must be installed by a Wisconsin Licensed Master Plumber by 9/01/2019. <br /> You may appear at Burnett County Court at the date and time indicated on the front lower left <br /> of the citation to enter a plea, or you may pay the citation as indicated on the back.
