Modifications may be possible within the buffer restoration <br /> requirements. <br /> The zoning office requires an agreement that specifies your shoreline will be restored and <br /> maintained according to this restoration plan. The agreement must be signed, notarized, <br /> and registered in order to receive the land use permit. Plantings must be completed by <br /> September 1, 2002. The Burnett County Register of Deed's address is the same as above, <br /> except that the room is #140. The telephone number is 715-349-2183.
