Zoning Committee Meeting . <br /> November 2, 1999 <br /> Paget <br /> Waaner Surveyine—Final Plat Review <br /> Terry Gibbs, Wagner Surveying, and Brian Swanson, Taylor Investment, were present to review with <br /> the Zoning Committee the final plat on Hayden and Long Lakes.-The lot lines have not changes at all <br /> since the preliminary review. The lot lines were drawn right on the swamp areas and they are all <br /> indicated on the plat as lakebed or wetland area. The road easements have changed slightly. Motion <br /> made by Peterson to approve this final plat, second by Alderman. Motion carried. <br /> Other Business <br /> Flanigan reviewed with the Committee a letter/complaint he received from a property owner regarding <br /> a fence along the lakeshore. It sounds like a trespassing problem. <br /> Flanigan reviewed some violations that are not being adhered to. 'One regarding Sonny Tyler and the <br /> other one regarding Ken Hopkins. Both have so called salvage yard operations on their property. <br /> Flanigan has written several Notices of Violation and has gotten nowhere. What should be his next <br /> step? Should he write citations? He will asked the Corp. Counsel for advice: <br /> Office Business <br /> Motion made by Peterson to approve the vouchers, second by Bohn. Motion carried: <br /> Motion made by Alderman to approve the minutes of the October meeting, second by Peterson. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion made by Peterson to approve the minutes of the October rezone meeting, second by Alderman. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion made by Alderman to adjourn, second:by Bohn.
