Crane <br /> Date: February 28, 2002 <br /> Re: Rick Doering Project- Yellow Lake <br /> After considerable discussion with you, I believe that we have a plan for proceeding with this project. <br /> Based on these meetings, it has been determined that a variance is not required for this plan. We will <br /> prepare a new Certified Survey Map of the existing lot and outlot. The new CSM will rearrange the line <br /> between the lot and outlot to increase the size of the lot to construct a new home. I believe that this has <br /> been well documented in our previous submissions to you. The new CSM will contain provisions that will: <br /> • Declare the outlot to be subject to the provisions of the land use ordinance and Chapter 236. <br /> • Tie the outlot to the lot so that ownership will not be severed. <br /> It will take some time for me to complete the CSM due to my commitment load. In order for Mr. Doering to <br /> proceed with this project, he has requested permits to proceed with the building portion of his project. <br /> Attached herewith are drawings prepared by Mr. Doering that at a scale and show what he will do. I would <br /> like to make the following points: <br /> • The existing garage will be moved from it's present location to the location shown on the sketch. <br /> • The existing cabin will be razed or removed from this property <br /> • The new home will be located as shown on the sketch. <br /> We request that permits be issued to proceed with the building portion of the project. We are commited to <br /> completing the survey as discussed. <br /> Mr. Doering stated to me that you wanted to discuss this matter with your committee prior <br /> to issuing the permits. If you would like me to attend the meeting, please let me know by <br /> Monday. I will be out of town until Sunday evening, so please leave me a phone <br /> message. <br /> c.c. Rick Doering <br />
