M. in the courthouse, Grantsburg, Wisconsin regarding <br /> the following proposed amendments to the Burnett County Zoning <br /> Ordinance: <br /> to add new and used mobile homes sales establishments as a <br /> use authorised by conditional permit in a commercial district. <br /> to amend Sec. 13.2 (1) (b) so that it would be necessary <br /> to notify adjacent property owners only instead of all parties <br /> within 300 ft. of an area affected by a proposed zoning change. <br /> to amend Sec. 6.5 single mobile homes as it pertains to the <br /> shoreland areas only, as follows: <br /> (5) Single Mobile Homes shall be permitted solely in the <br /> following areas: <br /> a. Mobile Home Parks <br /> b. On an active farm when the mobile home occupant is <br /> actively involved in the farming operation. <br /> c. PUD Units <br /> d. On a lot for a maximum period of one year when <br /> the lot owner is engaged in the construction of <br /> a dwelling.
