RESOLUTION NO. <br /> FILING OF FIELD NOTES BY SURVEYORS <br /> WHEREAS it is essential to our system of real estate titles tbat <br /> accurate and up-to-date records be made and preserved of all surveys <br /> and subdivisions of real property in Burnett County, and <br /> WHEREAS an effective means of making and preserving such records <br /> would be to require that all persons surveying lands file copies of <br /> their surveys and their field notes with the County Clerk of Burnett <br /> County, <br /> THEREFORE, THE BURNETT COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Any person who shall make a land survey in Burnett County, Wisconsin <br /> shall, within 90 days after the completion of said survey, file with <br /> the County Clerk of Burnett County a true and accurate copy of said <br /> survey along with a true and accurate copy of all field notes made in <br /> the course of and arising out of said survey. <br /> Any person who shall violate any provision of this ordinance shall, <br /> upon conviction therefore, pay a forfeiture in an amount not to exceed <br /> $100.00 and the costs of prosecution, and, in default thereof, shall be <br /> imprisoned in the County Jail for Burnett County until the forfeiture <br /> and costs are paid, not to exceed 30 days. <br /> The provisions of this ordinance are severable and the invalidity of <br /> any portion of it shall not affect the remainder thereof. <br /> This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br /> passage and publication. <br /> Sponsored by: <br /> m. - ...
