NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> A public hearing will be held Tuesday, August 17, 1971 at one <br /> o' clock P.M. in the Courthouse, Grantsburg, Wisconsin regarding <br /> the following proposed amendments to the Burnett County Zoning <br /> Ordinance : <br /> to amend and simplify the provisions and procedures of the <br /> ordinance that are involved in obtaining a conditional use per- <br /> mit for a mobile home. <br /> to amend sec . 4. 4 to read "ordinary" instead of "normal" high <br /> water so that the language in the county ordinance is the same <br /> as that in the State Statutes. <br /> to amend sec . 4 .4 (4) , to add "a land use permit is required. " <br /> to amend sec . 9.2 (4) to increase the sq. footage allowed <br /> for exceptions . <br /> to amend sec. 11.2 (4) (a) , change "once" to "twice" as re- <br /> quired by State Statutes . <br /> to rezone the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec . 1, T39N, R17W, <br /> Lincoln Township, from F-1 _ Forestry to A-2 Agriculture-Resi- <br /> dential. <br /> to rezone Gov. Lot 1 except that part west of the town road, <br /> the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, the NW 1/4 <br /> of the SW 1/4 except that part west of the Town Road Sec . 24, <br /> T40N, R16W, Oakland Township, from F-1 Forestry to A-2 Agricul- <br /> ture-Residential. <br /> to rezone a portion of Gov. Lot 2, Sec. 4, T38N, R16W, Siren <br /> Township, from A-2 Agriculture-Residential to RR-2 Residential- <br /> Recreational. <br /> to rezone a strip parallel to the highway right-of-way of <br /> Hwy . 70-35500 ft. wide beginning in the NW of the NW of Sec . <br /> 4, T38N, R16W, Siren Township, and extending along the East side <br /> of said highway in Sec . 5 to the town road which borders the <br /> North side of Crooked Lake, to rezone said parcels from RR-2 <br /> Residential-Recreational to C-1 Commercial. <br /> to rezo a strip of land running parallel to Highway right- <br /> of-way 35-7 500 ft . wide beginning at the north town line in <br /> Sec . 5 and extending along the West side of said highway to the <br /> north limits of the Village of Siren. Said property is now <br /> zoned as RR-2 REsidential-Recreational and A-2 Agriculture- <br /> Residential to be rezoned C-1 Commercial. <br /> Burnett County Zoning Committee <br /> Merlin Johnson, Sec . <br />
