Resolution No_„_____ <br /> Whereas the Burnett County Board of Supervisors believes it to be in <br /> the best interest of Burnett County to provide for the orderly creation <br /> of Real Estate lots over five acres in Size, and <br /> Whereas the Burnett County Subdivision Control Ordinance does not now <br /> deal adequately with the creation of those lots over five acres in size; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Burnett County Subdivision Control <br /> Ordinance be Amended by adding the following Section which shall be <br /> numbered Section II (K)s <br /> No lot exceeding five acres in size shall be created unless <br /> it has a minimum width of at least 300 feet. <br /> - 41\; ') 's, <br /> Sponsored by <br /> Moved by <br /> Seconded by <br /> Vote: Ayes <br /> Naves <br />
